The capital raising we’ve been waiting for, but the other announcements should have been made independently - or the raising should be available to all shareholders.
Doing it this way means that only placement participants can take advantage of the price sensitive information in the other two announcements.
If the drill results and mine life announcements were made first, the share price would have risen so the capital raising could have been done at a higher price.
Mates rates at the expense of most shareholders.
