That's a good point about the CU price. it's been a bit
wobbly recently and that could have been an issue with debt funding and an offtake agreement.

Ww've got another 9 plus months now for the price to shake itself out, I wasn't all that happy with the dilution but exchanging it for funding certainty and a higher probability of a bigger overall pie a little further down the track is probably the best outcome we could have gotten in the current environment. If Plan B was better it would have become Plan A

Not wanting to labour the point but out situation beats being an undiluted Cyprium shareholder at the moment.
