Opex, with respect, Cyprium needed to raise significantly more funds; had significantly higher risk, and was not mine ready.
HGO had next to no risk, did not need to raise much money in the scheme of things (pay back in seven months), and had significantly lower risk.
Where HGO went wrong was poor and inexperienced management / negotiators!
They sold the farm for a song!
