Everyone is making good point's here, depending on your perspective. I feel torn between excitement and disappointment also as i read through the comments.

Ultimately though, Alee's point about only 3 million for the retail offer is really a pretty hard kick in the pants for us holders as i see it.

That means we are not only being diluted but we can't do anything about it because it will be next to impossible to get enough shares at a decent price.. I am pretty cross about that, as even if the debt funding was not available, making the retail offer so small is just bloody mean.Us holders got them this far.
