REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Sydney, Australia & Auckland, New Zealand – 27 February 2023 – Living Cell Technologies (“LCT”
or “the Company”) requests a trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule
17.1 pending an announcement by the Company regarding the execution of a capital raising
mandate that includes a placement and rights issue.

LCT requests that the trading halt commences from 27 February 2023. The Company anticipates
making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday 01
March 2023.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the
commencement of normal trading on 01 March 2023 or the release of the announcement.
LCT confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of
any information other than that set out above necessary to inform the market about the trading
halt.
