    Mayne Pharma Group Limited (ASX: MYX) (Mayne Pharma) requests a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of announcements in relation to a material divestment and its capital management.
    Mayne Pharma requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 28 February 2023, or when the above announcements are released to the market.
