It was interesting to read RMS’s acquisition criteria in its recent presentation, including (from memory):

1) Near term production capability.

2) 100k ounce production pa. profile.

I imagine that other companies would also like those boxes to be ticked. With RXL ,with a PFS in progress, near term production is in sight.

Why has nobody made a bid for RXL/Youanmi to date? The Hawkes Point blocking shareholding may be the reason? If the next announcement is really big, who knows what we will see the share price do and that may result in a takeover premium that would appeal to Hawkes Point coming into play.
