It is not done fairly at all. It devalues our current shareholdings.
Easy to say we will make it up in 6 months time, but without the capital raising (again) we would have the opportunity to have a even higher share price.
This is clearly an issue of capital mismanagement. To have a CR before christmas and again now. There needs to be a business plan, a budget and sticking to that plan.
This is rubbish !!!
