    This stinks but it is what it is…..there’s no great new strategy here I’m sorry. Nobody is taking us over. We should have sold Waylering months ago. These 2 quick raises basically wipes out the first year of cash flow
    So now it’s effectively 4yrs of $30m in my eyes.

    $14m Raise + $2m SPP at $0.145.
