Going back and reading the last CR it makes things a bit clearer. The last raise was basically to keep the lights on / buy into Mongolia while debt facility was established for Walyering. That obviously that never eventuated so they've had to do a CR. Would not expect they need to raise $14M now a month~ out from production though. Still waiting to know the full story.




The company estimated they had 2.29 quarters of funding available at the end of 2022 so I do think this situation warrants a please explain from Colby when the dust settles.
