I agree with FHC. There was only thurs and fri left to buy shares pre annct. And plenty were, and given it moved up all week the pressure increased yesterday. To avoid a speeding ticket the company acted (possibly) , or they may already have the report given the time the TH was called.
TH are always 2 days so we may get the news today and be back trading . I guess the level will depend on the annct.
But, FINALLY!
