Reasons i would be happy about CR:
to buy the other 40% of Moblan,
to buy the Site for the hydroxide plant,
to buy large brine lease in SA,
large offtake partner with money to help pay for plant/expansion etc
Reasons i am not happy for a CR:
to cover operational expense - doubtful
Timing could be better, if the deal is good and the time window is now then it has to be done.
