If you've got the s708 certificate you can sign up to Fresh Equities who are take bids for placements. I don't have one so haven't been able to get in there. I'm going to guess 21.5 cents will be the price, I'll be disappointed if it's below 21, unless it's accompanied by an entitlement offer at the equivalent price.
