Yes that's exactly it, I have a holding in Winsome and this current CR only involved Flow Through Shares as a portion of the raise so the impact of offering a larger portion at the usual discounted amount had the usual impact on SP.
This raise with SYA if it is entirely FTS based is then not comparable to Winsome's Feb raise, and is more comparable to their previous raise which was all FTS and the SP rocketed during that time.
Very important to understand these details and differences.
