    Hey Rup,
due to the long association with Hunwick and ICS, and the fact that we have been granted in excess of $300K to further studies in this area, I think they may be leaning toward the ICS nitric acid route.
If we acquire Amoss, and are able to bring ICS on as partner to set up a scaleable demo plant, we could not only be the first to jointly develop this tech, we may be entitled to a percentage of IP from it, to license in the future. We would also have the guys who developed this process onsite, testing, tuning and improving the circuit, Depending on the terms of the partnership, we may even build the tech and the plant at a substantial discount to going it alone. with ICS chipping in.
Additionally, Hunwick and his new(ish) process could benefit from the PR, of being the greenest and lowest opex hydroxide refinery/hydromet plant in operation...worldwide...and the success continual adoption of this process could bring.
The ESG credentials would be through the roof
But the kicker here, particularly due to the ESG credentials, hydro power, low Opex, reduced capex and timeline to complete, geographical location, proximity to battery and EV manufacturers, IRA compliance, Canada/Quebec's diversity of critical EV materials/metals and the room at Amoss to bolt on a CAM plant or possibly a battery manufacturing plant, THERE IS PROBABLY NOT A CHEMICAL COMPANY/BATTERY MANUFACTURER ON THE PLANET, WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO PARTNER WITH US ON THIS. A little dramatic? Maybe, but it does make a lot of sense.....
In fact the opportunity may be so good, we may even get very favourable terms for a chemical manufacturer to come on board.
Early days, but Most probably LGes, LGchem, POSCO....

Lets see how this all plays out....
