Could be ‘Flow-through shares’ capital raise at a premium. A facility in Canada to capital raise at a 20-25% premium to current SP. The shares are then distributed back at the current Share price via a Flow through mechanism. Hard to explaim but only done in Canada. Google it. Could be on the cards.
