It has nothing to do with "to get serious investors involved" I can pretty much guarantee that their will be only current investors involved in this raise and not new investors who will be putting their money in, which means they will NOT be bought and then sold, so won't make any difference to the SP, that is the difference Pulp, so you will be proven wrong AGAIN.
I guess if you keep posting enough you may actually get something right one day lol
