there is obvious benefit for option holders if the price reaches 5.5 and above. I wouldn’t use the term drive the price up, as in, it probably does the opposite of people dumping at a lower price.
2:3 is the ratio for shares bought for options granted. For every 2 shares you buy in the raise, you get 3 options. I may have this backward (sorry wine and smoke in hand working), as in 2 options for each three shares. Others may be able to confirm this for you.
