It’s important to remember that in the current environment cash is king. The SP I think could have run higher but no one was jumping on as they knew a CR was coming so better to get it out of the way and then let it run. The company will look more appealing cashed up as well. Also to do a CR there needs to be a buffer or incentive for people to stump up cash, if it runs to hard and they raise it will be to retail sophs, hopefully the price of 6c attracted some larger funds who hold and want the upside rather than the quick flip.
