Seems there is high risk in this new investment, according to the Chairperson, which I think we all knew anyway. This may not even get off the ground yet.
I would want a better performance from HIL than the Chairmans Letter which contains 3 duplicated points out of 8 in how they are going to improve.
Better start with a more accuracy and detail. God help us.
