Yes the shareholders will be included this time.

The Company is seeking to raise $5.0 million (before costs) via the issue of 61.1 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“New Shares”) at 8.2 cents per New Share (“Offer Price”)

This comprises of:
1) Placement to Sophisticated and Institutional Investors of up to 18.0 million New Shares to raise $1.5 million.

2) To existing shareholders an underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer of 43.1 million New Shares on the basis of one (1) New Share for every ten (10) Shares held on the Record Date of Tuesday 21 March 2023 to raise up to $3.5 million.
