Going to be unimpressed if this is a small and unnecessary raise to mates at a discount to SP prior to the flood of impending good news flow, particularly with the recent substantial decline in the SP.
The only positive here is that it does reference a “material” capital raise - will be ok with this if it is a substantial investor taking a stake north of 40c.
