Is exempt not just a reference to soph investors?

cynically, you could say that material just means >5% of MC which presently isn’t much ($15m), which would be lights on money… agreed that it is more likely actually major investment to underpin the next stage of MNS’ growth cycle - which would explain the capping / dump recently as those investors push for shares as cheap as possible. Let’s hope the agreed price is reasonable….

obviously very overweight on MNS so hoping management have done the right thing here - all to be revealed in due course!
