As sure as night follows day, YPB pumps up their share price based on a 'material contract' that is IMO wildly overstated, followed by a CR.

As I have previously described when YPB's shares were trading at 0-2c to 0.3c, there was no room for discounting their share price to attract any investor to do a CR. The court win provided YPB with $250k, which will give them another month's funding, but as I also pointed out previously, YPB had to do a CR or take funding action this month as JH's loan would be all used up before the end of this current quarter.

You can bet the CR will involve a massive issue of shares at a discounted price on the current 0.5c share price, and further dilution. If you hold shares in YPB, just think of what it has cost you, being put through a consolidation where you swapped 25 shares for 1, only to have the value of each share to fall back to pre-consolidation levels within 5 months.
