Response to Charlie's Bucket
That logic is completely twisted. Never has a company's CR price been higher than the SP because of the dilutive effects of CRs. Furthermore, history tells us that YPB is in such poor shape that it has always had to offer huge discounts (usually at least 3 times the market average) to get the CR over the line. As for collapsing banks that also causes larger discounts as capital becomes much more difficult to obtain.
