Biggest question is how the directors personally buying these tenements effects BCN if at all - we don't know this is the transaction yet.
Possibly an external JV for the BCN management crew with nothing to do with BCN - or could be a JV with BCN / royalty agreement?
Very murky at this stage but all will clear up soon enough, and the past tells us BCN always does alright as management havent let us down yet.
