If this purchase was intended for BCN… then BCN would issue could do a shares and consolidate. Most likely 10:1 split.
Issue 30-40 million shares at new split to purchase the asset Mt Ida.
This would allow BCN to keep sufficient funds to pay dividends and on going mining cost and development.
Possible scenario.. time will tell
