Look around (like WR1), the instos usually get in when there is expected upside straightaway. So there must be positive news on the drilling which is the sweetener. I hope that the discount isn’t large and that the insto doesn’t churn the stock x bad experience with that.
If the raise is at a premium it will be one of the very few especially in this environment.
