First, what you are all insuating is illegal. If GGE have significant information about the well, they have to disclose it.
Second, if the well fails, they will be capital raising from like half a cent! They are just doing their due diligence to get a back stop.
It will likely just be a moderate raise. They are not stupid, or criminal...
