First of all I believe we have a smart, bright MD in Dane Lance look at all the steps he has put in play to date. This is as derisked as a helium play could be. However there are no guarantees with helium and therefore this is a smart play because if Jesse 2 does not produce raising capital will be very difficult and highly discounted off a low base.
This way they will potentially have enough to move quickly to connect up the pipeline and move to the next well.
This has to be the smart move.
With the timing you have to think this will be a placement.
