yep agree @KingBuzzo this is the most logical explanation. The existing board should not be a last minute departure at the drop of a hat, if so very disappointing... Therefore more likely incoming, cardio KOL / Pharma gun.

These ppl have researched their entire lives in cardio and only dreamt of finding a cardio protect anti cancer drug. They will be jumping over each other to get onboard IMO.
Trading halt must be big +positive or big -negative so hopefully not the later. If it was bad news then best to rip the Band-Aid unless it was unexpected damage control.
IMO anyone voted in at the AGM should gracefully exit as part of a succession plan. So looking for incoming board members.
