I found a couple of previous examples on the ASX (granted from 2015 and 2011) of trading halts for 'changes in composition of the board'.
One had 4 directors resign and 3 new brought in (reads as unexpected departures)
The other had 3 resign and 1 appointed (cost saving restructure)
Only comparable to take away... more likely to see multiple resignations/appointments than just the one.
