I'm gonna throw this out as an outlier:
The BOD of Sheba hospital and other associated KOLs have been watching closely the trial results and RAC and may have had a conversation at some stage. When JC's 12 months was up and he wanted to sell more shares the team put a deal together to sell JC's stock to Sheba and give them a seat at the table. There are other Sheba affiliates holding directorships in Australia and it would be a strong vote of confidence for the drug and the company.
just one of many possibilities, lets find out by Friday but I would definitely NOT want any fund manager on the board or a trading house buying the stock. That would would be detrimental to all holders in the long term.
