ARMOUR ENERGY LIMITED (ASX: AJQ) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Armour Energy Limited (the Company) requests that ASX apply an
immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on
Thursday, 23 March 2023.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:
 the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital
raising program;
 the Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to
the market regarding the outcome of the capital raising or the commencement of normal
trading on ASX on Monday, 27 March 2023; and
 the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of
any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
