I like the fact that the majority of the placement proceeds are going towards scaling up the commercial roll-out which further builds my confidence in the technology and the direction in which the company is heading.
- Transferring and qualifying the technology in tier-1 fabs/foundries $19.5 mil
- Further technology enhancements $12.1 mill
- Development of Weebit discrete solutions $12.1 mill
What I don't like is how the announcement transpired in light of yesterday's SP and the disclosure of the placement today at $5. Leaky ship likely IMO and not good for many of us, not in the short term at least.
