    Resource estimation is done using computer software i.e leapfrog, the geologist just has to input the hole data, possibly add structural controls and determine what method to use to fill in the grades between holes. A 'specialist' geologist just to ensure that the methods used and results obtained are in line with their expectations. It should not be a huge job
