it's just a ticket for board and mates to get on board at the bottom.. it's lesson 1:01 in the "running an asx small cap" playbook.. drive the sp to the ground by haphazard exploration and real or apparent managerial fumbling and incompetence. then issue a crapload of shares at a low, just as the primary commodity you're focused on hits all time highs..
trouble is, it's legal, and the only way to win is if you join them. am sure we will see the obligatory letter that "management and board have dutifully and graciously participated in the raise.." so at least that will be another
slap in the face to look forward to.
