No doubt they'll have worked that out, no surprise to them, they orchestrated it. They'll have a tin-pot answer ready for ASIC et al that will satisfy their non interested disclosure queries. These "spek" companies are water under the bridge for them given their low MC and share value .... it's ok, we should know what we're in for.
