It's assumed the MRE is going to be good, enough to lift the share value above its current .004 price.
From that, it must mean management has an estimated value of what they think is a fair price it could be, and are preparing to announce a Capital raise, based on that price.
Just how this pans out and the details, we will be enlightened on tomorrow morning - is how I'm looking at it.
That is assuming this would be a legal procedure ?
