Directors duties to shareholders is a fiduciary duty from the Corporations Act to act in our (shareholders) best interest.

If we feel as though this isn't the case for whatever is announced tomorrow, it is our duty to report this and hold the director/s accountable for their actions.

Let's say the CR is not to retail investors and is given at a bargin price that also (but doesn't need to) dilute us unnecessarily, this is not in out best interest in my opinion (may not be yours).
