Hi Gollada, a resolution is just a vote. From memory the CapEx on this was $2B+, not feasible for KRR, most SH know this and will choose to vote 'yes' to sell. I'm a TVN holder and I'm sure the sale is still a forgone conclusion. They're not situating a complete processing facility onsite (CMB only) so capex will be lower. As you know the Vanadium in concentrate percentages are quite high and that's already been talked up by them to improve economics. As you also know (because we talked about it on the AVL thread) the Mass Recovery for Speewah is quite low at 16%. Mass recovery is not talked about much (or even well understood) but the team at TVN would know and they must've determined they can make it work. The head honcho at TVN GW is a money man so the $20M will be forthcoming. Let's hope the SP rises well above 10c there so you can get your money's worth. $20M not a bad price. GLTA KRR holders.
