Yes it is regarding that announcement... My understanding is it's either fallen through or delayed. Hopefully just delayed, but keep in mind they've never halted for a delay (last 3 times the delay regarding Juruena was released to market without a trading halt). It's also a giveaway that they're cap raising for the amount they will need to complete purchase of the new project. Looks all very rushed but seems like they won't have a problem raising the funds according to the AFR article, although I'm sure shareholders weren't expecting the dilution.
