Oh man. People completely missing the point. It's just too difficult explaining to people who don't want to or refuse to acknowledge it.
My opinion is that someone didn't wake up on Saturday morning, saying to themselves we need to do a cap raise! Organise the details, and fully subscribe it, without prior intention of doing the raise in the first place. That is a continuous disclosure issue.
But if you think that's what happened, OK then.
