They would not know they would receive payment or not till Saturday.
Guess what they probably prepared contingencies including if payment fell through.
The TH was before Saturday. They did not know potentially if they where getting payment or not prior to Saturday.
If they have not got payment CR seems prudent enough to be explained and hopefully retail get a crack to.
The biggest area of contention is the gold assets in Brazil. If worthwhile keep it, if not then that is a little issue. I assume the gold project was not a dud and still is not a dud
