Consideration in staged payments:US$2,500,000 cash upon Completion;US$7,500,000 cash six months after Completion;oUS$10,000,000 cash twelve months after Completion; and2%gross Royalty(capped at US$2,000,000cash). looks like $7,500,000 on the 31st and the other 10 million in 12 months this was the agreement in June 2022 . However in the last quarterly it states full consideration of $17,500,000 on the 31st march maybe someone can clarify.
