I am reading it as 20m plus proceeds from sale or 20m keep gold asset and cash paid by Keystone for gold asset to date.
I feel like Keystone tried to leverage MEI so Tolga picked up the phone at the F1 in Melbourne yesterday and secured 30m.
i think great management, saw a risk and turned it into upside.
Obviously those investing at 12c are expecting upside.
