Hard to argue with. I plan to take up the SPP and the monies seem to be going to a justifiable payment for LATAM businesses that seem to be doing well.
Before I agree that FDV mgmt have been incompetent, I'd like to better understand where FDV mgmt thought these funds were going to come from when they agreed to payout for the LATAM businesses. If the growth targets and profitability hopes were sound but were undone by macro events in Pakistan etc, then perhaps this is just bad luck on a risky business case.
Does anybody have better insight on how the consideration payments for LATAM businesses InfoCass and Encuentra24 was meant to be played out?
