Yes, you’ll need to buy through a participating broker for this particular deal. Otherwise it’s just the open market available to us plebs. The last time they offered a SPP to plebs at 6.6c, too many plebs baulked!
What I’m not sure about is if the broker has to pass on the 9c price (I.e. because they have committed to X amount of share at 9c, can they then on-sell for a higher price or not?).
