What I am about to say is purely opinion, rather than the facts I usually state.

However, it seems logical to me that the companies priority is to raise capital for the next phase of business. Dilution is unfortunately a necessary evil.
With that logic in mind, the company is severely de-risked with this announcement and sophisticated investors would see an opportunistic moment to jump aboard. Hence what has happened.

Therefore, the company acted in the correct manor to acquire the required capital, rather than waiting for less dilution to better existing shareholders; as this comes a little more risk involved.

The way I see it, is BOT is kicking goals. I'd prefer to have more sophs onboard rather than emotionally charged retail investors.
These guys are here for big dollars and I am excited for the future.
