You need to take into account that the last cap raise they ran, they only got $960K out of the $3m they were targeting.
If they do an SPP again its hard to see how much they will raise from this one also?
Feels a bit opportunistic this raise.
Probably be a clause also that those who participated last time won't be able to take part in this one.
Wonder if they do a rights issue here at a significant discount?
